The above rates are quoted nett in Malaysia Ringgit (RM), inclusive of 10% service charges and 5% government tax.

Terms and conditions :
Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.
Low Season Rates are meant for the Month of January, February, March, October, November and December.
Peak Season are meant for the Month of April, May, June, July, August & September.
Rates quoted are not subject to any Peak Period Surcharge.

Airport transfers can be arranged with ample prior notice and is chargeable accordingly (individually or group).

Payment shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit.
Extended check-out during Peak Period:
- Up to 6pm – 50% of published rates imposed.
- After 6pm – one day’s rate imposed.
Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
The resort shall debit an amount equivalent to one room night of the total rooms reserved towards your credit card and the full amount shall be debited within 3 weeks prior to arrival date.
Baby Cot – Free Of Charge.
All guest taking part in any activities organized by the Resort shall do so at their own risk. The Resort shall not be responsible for any losses or injury sustained by anyone. All guest are advised to insure themselves against injuries and loss of personal belongings.
The Resort reserves the right to remove any guest whose conduct / behavior is detrimental to the Resort or to the Resort’s other guests.
Resort is not responsible for any difficulties which might arise should guest is caught for any action against Government rules and laws.
Any late special request for the land & Boat Transfer other than the schedule stated above shall be subjected to additional charge. The resort reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the boat departure due to see and weather conditions.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY :

NORMAL PERIOD

The Resort is entitled to the full payment of the duration of the stay or the total package reserved in the event of cancellation made within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
All cancellation is not refundable.

PEAK PERIOD

The Resort is entitled to the full payment of the duration of the stay or the total package reserved in the event of cancellation made within 15 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
All cancellation is not refundable.

CONSERVATION LEVY :

As required by Marine Park Department of Malaysia, it is now a requirement that all visitors to Perhentian Island are required to pay a Conservation Levy of RM5.00 per adult and RM2.50 per child per entrance, which is valid for 3 days. If you are staying for more than 3 days please inform the Marine Department Officer to obtain the appropriate number of passes.

The Levy shall be collected by the Marine Department Officer at the Tourist Terminal Jetty at Kuala Besut prior to boarding the boat to Perhentian Island.

Kota Bharu Airport To Kuala Besut Jetty & Return :
Two Ways : RM 60.00 per adult & RM 25.00 per child.
(Minimun 2 persons)
Duration : 1 hour
Kuala Terengganu Airport To Kuala Besut Jetty & Return :
Two Ways : RM 160.00 per adult & RM 75.00 per child.
(Minimun 2 persons)
Duration : 1 hour 30 minutes.
Wakaf Baru Railway Station To Kuala Besut Jetty & Return :
Two Ways : RM 80.00 per adult & RM 35.00 per child.
(Minimun 2 persons)
Duration : 1 hour.
Child : 04 to 12 Years Old.

BOAT TRANSFERS :

Boat Transfer from Kuala Besut to Perhentian Island :
Two Ways : RM 70.00 per adult & RM 40.00 per child
One Way : RM 35.00 per adult & RM 20.00 per child.
(Child : 4 to 12 years old)
Child below 4 years is free of charge.

Speed Boat Schedule :

From Kuala Besut Jetty to Pernentian Island 11.00 am & 2.00 pm daily.
From Perhentian Island to Kuala Besut Jetty : 08.00 am & 12 noon daily.
Duration of Journey : 45 minutes for Speed Boat
Duration of Journey : 1 hour Slow Boat.

SPEED BOAT CHARTER :

Kuala Besut to Perhentian Island : RM350.00 one way RM700.00 return same day
Kuala Besut to Lang Tengah Island : RM600.00 one way
Kuala Besut to Redang Island : RM650.00 one way
Kuala Besut to Rawa Island : RM500.00 return same day
Boat Capacity : Maximum 10 persons.

The Boat transfer is subject to weather conditions. The Resort is not liable for compensation due to weather conditions. The Operator accepts no liability for any losses, injury, illness, accidents, expenses, delay, or other irregularity resulting from activities the participant undertakes willingly.
